一转念,卷蛋卷有些费事,不如。。。。某品牌不是有一款什么小煎饼吗?把蛋卷饼皮做成迷你型,不卷成卷卷,岂不就是那小煎饼吗?妃娟的荷兰饼迅速跳出来,就它了,改编成无馅蛋黄迷你版。
还真是明智,这纯蛋黄的蛋饼没什么韧性,起锅的时候得小心拿捏,稍一用力就会拉坏了,卷卷肯定是没指望。这懒,该偷。

  • 1.用料
  • 2.将玉米油倒入蛋黄中
  • 3.充分搅拌均匀
  • 4.筛入糖粉
  • 5.搅拌均匀
  • 6.筛入低筋粉
  • 7.调成均匀糊状
  • 8.将蛋卷模放在燃气灶上两面预热
  • 9.用勺舀适量面糊放入模具中
  • 10.夹好,放在燃气灶上用小火,两面加热
  • 11.待两面金黄,离火
  • 12.出炉,冷却后密封保存
