  • 1.备材料,红枣预先用水泡一下,去核,红枣不要完全对半切开
  • 2.糯米粉与干桂花放一起,加入适量的水搓成团
  • 3.取一小份粉团搓成小长条
  • 4.把小粉团夹在红枣中收合好
  • 5.做好的坯放在碟子里
  • 6.放蒸锅里,中火蒸10分钟左右即可
  • 7.取出糯米枣,搯点蜂蜜在旁边,吃时沾上即可,也可淋在糯米枣上
