蛋包饭
食材:
米饭1小碗,豆瓣酱适量,鸡蛋1个,香油,耗油。
调料:
精盐,植物油,鸡精,
方法:
1、米饭调入炒好的豆瓣酱,香油,耗油拌匀待用,
2、鸡蛋打入碗中加点黑芝麻用快子搅散,
3、将搅散的蛋液倒进烧好油的锅里,
4、小火煎成蛋皮,
5、再将拌好的米饭倒在蛋皮上合成即成。
