柠檬味奶油蛋糕
好久没更新了,最近有点小忙,这个模具已经败了很久啦,一直没有时间开光,趁着今天休息,就做了柠檬味奶油蛋糕,刚刚烤好,某人就立马尝了一个,还说以后这款蛋糕记得再做。因为有了柠檬皮屑,整个蛋糕充满了柠檬的香味,添加了淡奶油蛋糕口感更丰富了。

  • 淡奶油140g
  • 柠檬1个
  • 细砂糖50g
  • 鸡蛋130g
  • 低筋面粉50g+80g
  • 无吕泡打粉3g

Steps to make 柠檬味奶油蛋糕

  • 1.1个柠檬取皮,不要留白色部份,皮尽量削薄一点。
  • 2.用料理机打细,皮太少很难打,我加了50克面粉一起用料理机打的。
  • 3.40克淡奶油加入50克细砂糖.
  • 4.用手动打蛋器打至糖融化,淡奶油成浓稠状。
  • 5.鸡蛋打散,分多次加入淡奶油中,每次都要打匀后再加。
  • 6.筛入80克面粉和3克泡打粉拌匀。
  • 7.加入料理机打过的面粉柠檬皮拌匀。
  • 8.将拌好的面糊装入一次性裱花袋,挤入模具,烤箱预热170度,中层烤约20分钟左右(按自家烤箱温度调整)。
