香蕉泥面包
夏天的香蕉不好保存,因为这东东不能放进冰箱的保鲜室,光光鲜鲜的香蕉买回家,过一夜就会变得面目全非,让人没了吃它的欲望,通常,我会把它做成面包,松饼之类的,就象今天这个香蕉泥面包。

  • 橄榄油20克
  • 酵母3克

Steps to make 香蕉泥面包

  • 1.将主料与辅料中除橄榄油和黑芝麻,香蕉外,都放面包机里。
  • 2.将香蕉去皮随意整成小段放进桶内。
  • 3.当面团揉至光滑时,加入橄榄油,揉至完成阶段。(即可拉出不易破的膜)
  • 4.将发酵成两倍大的面团排气后分成九个,然后整团松驰十五分钟。
  • 5.取一个面团,擀成圆形。
  • 6.对折后竖切出如筷子粗的段,但不要切断外围。
  • 7.展开。
  • 8.然后再竖起来对折。
  • 9.拧几下。
  • 10.两端按在一起。
  • 11.做好后放在盘中发酵。
  • 12.发酵至两倍大,刷蛋液。
  • 13.撒黑芝麻。
  • 14.烤箱预热,180度,中上层,十八分钟。
