  • 1.将螃蟹刷洗干净,去掉蟹壳、抠掉蟹腮,从中间一切为二。

  • 4.一次煎不完可分次煎完。煎完后全部回锅,放入姜丝、小米椒和部分葱花,炒出香味。
  • 5.烹入料酒。
  • 6.放少许盐。
  • 7.少许胡椒粉。
  • 8.适量鸡精。
  • 9.少许蚝油。
  • 10.烧至入味,出锅时放入适量葱花,大火收汁。
