  • 奥利奥饼干碎40克

Steps to make 奥利奥雪糕

  • 1.备好食材,提前将奥利奥饼干碾碎或直接买奥利奥饼干碎。
  • 2.将蛋黄+22克糖粉放入奶锅中,搅拌至融化黏稠。
  • 3.接着倒入牛奶,用刮刀搅拌均匀。
  • 4.然后边开小火加热,边用刮刀不停搅拌,至表面冒小泡时关火,放一旁待凉备用。
  • 5.将10克糖粉和淡奶油倒入盆中,用电动打蛋器打至8分发状态。
  • 6.然后分次加入已晾凉的蛋奶糊中,用刮刀拌匀。
  • 7.接着倒入奥利奥饼干碎。
  • 8.继续用刮刀拌匀,雪糕糊就做好了。
  • 9.提前插好雪糕棒,再将拌好的雪糕糊慢慢倒入雪糕模具中,拿起模具震一下,最后盖上盖子放冰箱冷冻4小时以上就可以开吃了。
  • 10.想吃的时候,从冰箱取出来,直接脱模就可以了。
  • 11.吃上一口:冰冰凉凉、味美醇香且没有一点冰渣。
  • 12.自己做的雪糕,没有任何添加剂,家人放心吃。
