  • 黄油135g
  • 砂糖40g
  • 糖粉50g
  • 蛋液25g

Steps to make 小熊抹茶曲奇饼干

  • 1.准备所需食材
  • 2.低粉和抹茶粉一起过筛
  • 3.软化的黄加加上砂糖搅拌均匀后加入糖粉打发至颜色变浅,膨化至两到三倍的样子
  • 4.分次加入蛋液继续打发
  • 5.加入过好筛的抹茶低粉
  • 6.用刮刀搅拌均匀
  • 7.揉成光滑的面团,放置醒20分钟
  • 8.醒好的抹茶面团装入保鲜袋中,把面团擀成3-5mm厚
  • 9.用小熊模具压出形状
  • 10.烤箱提前预热180度,上下170度8-12分钟
  • 11.烤到饼干边缘有些发黄即可,取出放凉
  • 12.取一块巧克力隔水融化
  • 13.用巧克力给小熊们装饰出萌萌的表情
