  • 1.莴笋去皮切丝。
  • 2.红辣椒,胡萝卜,木耳切丝。
  • 3.姜,蒜,小米辣切末。

  • 8.放入姜,蒜,小米辣,花椒炒出香味儿。
  • 9.放入胡萝卜,红椒和黑木耳翻炒至变软。
  • 10.放入莴笋丝翻炒均匀。
  • 11.倒入调好的调味汁,炒至汤汁浓稠即可。
