红豆花生红枣粽
这个端午节包的粽子最多了,各种馅料的,没办法喜欢吃粽子呀,呵呵
这次又包了红豆花生红枣的,很好吃,豆子花生也是提前泡水。粽叶这次用的是干粽叶,粽香味很浓。

  • 红豆80克
  • 花生100克
  • 粽叶40片

Steps to make 红豆花生红枣粽

  • 1.糯米提前泡水,五个小时以上,最好是提前一晚泡上第二天使用
  • 2.红枣、花生、红豆也和糯米同时用水泡上,干粽叶用水煮一下捞出用凉水泡着
  • 3.用剪刀把粽叶的根部剪去,避免包的时候把叶子弄破
  • 4.把粽叶折成一个漏斗形状如图
  • 5.放入糯米花生红豆和红枣
  • 6.包成粽子,用绳子捆好
  • 7.包好的粽子放入锅里,加上水,末过粽子为宜,大火煮开,然后转中小火煮2个小时左右,煮好的粽子不要急着捞出来,在汤里泡一宿,更好吃,米会更糯
  • 8.开始享用吧
