浓情巧克力冰淇淋

冰淇淋是老公喜欢吃的其中一款甜品,

也是妹妹很喜欢的甜品;

当冰淇淋做好的第二天;

妹妹就吃了半盒;

原本做给小外甥吃的;

结果统统都给妹妹吃光了。

今年的情人节与元宵节真好是同一天,

今年我在老家与家人一起度过这两个节日;

而老公就只能在家里自己度过了;

在上个星期还没回老家时;

我提前做了一款樱桃蛋糕;

提前跟老公庆祝情人节。

  • 巧克力100G
  • 蛋黄2颗
  • 全脂牛奶250ML
  • 淡奶油250ML
  • 细砂糖80G

Steps to make 浓情巧克力冰淇淋

  • 1.将牛奶量好备用,制作冰淇淋必须选用全脂牛奶这样做出来的冰淇淋就会很顺滑。
  • 2.蛋黄放入奶锅里搅拌后加入细砂糖继续搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入牛奶。
  • 4.加入牛奶后与蛋黄浆搅拌均匀。
  • 5.放入巧克力。
  • 6.小火边搅拌边煮至巧克力溶化及奶浆有点浓稠即可熄火,放一边待凉。
  • 7.将淡奶油放入搅拌盆里。
  • 8.启动电动打蛋器打拌奶油。
  • 9.启动电动打蛋器打拌奶油。淡奶油打拌成打蛋器拿起时呈现小尖角即可,无需打至硬性否则加入蛋奶浆时不好搅拌。
  • 10.巧克力蛋奶浆凉后倒入打发好的淡奶油里。
  • 11.用打蛋器打拌均匀。
  • 12.倒入保鲜盒里。
  • 13.盖上盖子后放入冰箱冷冻,每隔1个小时取出用打蛋器搅拌;然后继续放回冷冻库里;这个步骤重复3-4次。
