自制玉子豆腐
早上打的豆浆还有一部分,加了几个鸡蛋来了份自制的玉子豆腐,家人调侃说是豆浆蛋羹。口感比菜市场上卖的玉子豆腐紧实, 做菜也不会一弄就碎。

Steps to make 自制玉子豆腐

  • 1.自己打的豆浆与鸡蛋(1:1的量)。
  • 2.鸡蛋加点盐和料酒,用蛋抽打散。
  • 3.放入豆浆搅匀。
  • 4.蒸碗抹一层油,把蛋液过滤到蒸碗中。
  • 5.上锅蒸,上面盖一个盘子,大约蒸了16分钟。
  • 6.凉后倒出切块。
  • 7.撒点葱花也是美美哒。
