  • 室温暖化的无盐黄油15毫升
  • 蒜泥3个
  • 黑胡椒5毫升
  • 姜黄粉5毫升
  • 孜然粉2.5毫升
  • 干百里香5毫升
  • 香菜碎15毫升
  • 厚椰浆60毫升
  • 半干雪梨酒60毫升
  • 番茄泥5毫升

Steps to make 东非烤鸡

  • 1.鸡腿洗净,用厨房用纸吸干水分;为了更入味,可在鸡腿上切几刀见骨
  • 2.每只鸡腿上撒盐,里外按摩,确保皮肉都能均匀抹到;
  • 3.所有原料混合,搅拌机打成糊
  • 4.放入鸡腿腌制过夜
  • 5.烤箱预热200摄氏度,鸡腿放在烤盘上
  • 6.用锡纸盖上,烤半小时,把锡纸拿掉,继续烤20分钟,GRILL/BROIL3-5分钟至皮脆。(烤整只鸡,190摄氏度,需要更长时间,1-1.5个小时,期间记得翻面)
