Steps to make 蘑菇腐竹炖粉条

  • 1.腐竹温水泡发,切小段;平菇洗净,撕小朵。
  • 2.粉条入冷水中,泡软,捞出备用。
  • 3.油锅,五成热,放花椒粒七八粒,小火煸炒出香,再放葱姜碎,大火爆香。
  • 4.放入腐竹,炒匀。
  • 5.放入平菇,炒匀。
  • 6.加1勺生抽和1勺蚝油,调味。
  • 7.加热水(肉汤更佳)烧开,加粉条,中小火十分钟,调入盐、鸡精,即可出锅食用,上桌前可点缀香菜叶。
