皂角米,又叫雪莲子,它是纯天然的绿色滋补食品,具有润肤养颜、提神补气、清肝明目、健脾滋肾的功效;桃胶,也是纯天然的好食材,有调养身体的功效,常吃皮肤光滑有弹性;银耳,这个食材最大众,价格不贵,被称为“平民燕窝”。吃银耳可以提高免疫力身体不爱闹毛病,滋润润肤。并且这三种食材真是绝搭,黏滑好喝,女人喝了,身体好还漂亮,千万别错过,错过可就亏大了。。

Steps to make 皂角米桃胶银耳羹

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.桃胶和皂角米洗净泡水一夜,早起温水泡银耳和红枣,1个小时就差不多了。
  • 3.泡好的桃胶和皂角米反复清洗去掉杂质,银耳剪去根部,分成小朵。
  • 4.所有食材一并放入桃花盏电炖锅内胆中,放入刚刚没过食材的清水,盖上盖子隔水炖(上班族可以预约)。
  • 5.设置桃胶功能,时间3小时。我用的就是九阳桃花盏电炖盅。
  • 6.3小时后打开盖子放入冰糖搅一下,盖上盖子让冰糖慢慢融化,甜丝丝的更粘稠。着急吃的在中途2小时的时候放入冰糖。
