红薯馒头
年初回去亲戚给的红薯,
昨晚蒸了一根用来做馒头,做出来感觉和南瓜做的效果差不多。
蒸好第一锅,和小朋友俩人一会就解决了。

Steps to make 红薯馒头

  • 1.做饭的时候把红薯蒸熟。
  • 2.红薯压成泥。
  • 3.红薯泥里加入适量面粉,白糖,酵母和少量水。
  • 4.揉成光滑的面团,盖上湿布。
  • 5.发酵至两倍大。
  • 6.再把发酵好的面团揉出气泡,并擀成簿片。
  • 7.再卷好,用刀切成均匀的小块。
  • 8.放蒸屉里发酵十分钟左右,再上锅蒸20分钟。
  • 9.红薯香的馒头。
