凉拌银耳

Steps to make 凉拌银耳

  • 1.准备的食材如图。
  • 2.把银耳和黑木耳冲洗一下放入盛有清水的大盆里,加入一勺白醋。
  • 3.一勺面粉。
  • 4.放置浸泡10分钟左右。
  • 5.锅里放油,倒入清洗过的花生米炒熟。
  • 6.盛入碟自己备用。
  • 7.黄瓜清洗干净后,用刀拍几下切成小段备用。
  • 8.把浸泡好的银耳清洗干净,剪掉底部,撕成小朵,挤干水分。
  • 9.锅里放入开水,倒入减去根部的木耳焯水2分钟左右。
  • 10.再倒入银耳,继续烧个1分钟。
  • 11.一起捞出来过冰水。
  • 12.再挤干水分放入打蛋盆里。
  • 13.放入黄瓜,蒜末,葱花和干红辣椒段。
  • 14.加入1小勺盐。
  • 15.1中勺白糖。
  • 16.抓一把白芝麻撒在上面。
  • 17.锅里热油。
  • 18.淋在上面。
  • 19.加入1大勺六月鲜轻盐昆布酱油。
