奶油奶酪司康
司康(SCONE)是一种传统的英式点心,如果按照归类,它应该属于简易面包的 一类。司康最原始的造型是三角形。后来,司康的口味不断发展和改良,形状也不再是简单的三角形,可以做成圆形、方形甚至带花边的各种形状。
奶酪司康是一种适合下午茶的点心。食用的时可以抹上果酱或者奶酪,配上一杯红茶,真是简单又美味的下午茶啊!

  • 低筋面粉200g
  • 奶酪120g
  • 砂糖60g
  • 黄油60g
  • 牛奶30ml
  • 泡打粉7g

Steps to make 奶油奶酪司康

  • 1.低粉与泡打粉混合
  • 2.把粉类过筛加入盆里
  • 3.加入软化的奶油奶酪
  • 4.加入适量砂糖
  • 5.用手搓至奶酪和面粉完全混合均匀
  • 6.再加入软化的黄油
  • 7.搓拌均匀成蓬松的面团后
  • 8.牛奶分3次慢慢的倒入面团里,一边倒,一边轻轻的揉搓至完全吸收后再倒入第二次
  • 9.揉好的面团表面光亮,不黏手
  • 10.面团不要过度揉捏,以免面筋生成过多影响成品的口感,面团压扁擀大
  • 11.反复折叠压实整理平整即可
  • 12.用擀面杖把面团擀成1.5CM厚的面片,再用模具切成各种漂亮的面片形状
  • 13.放入垫上油纸的烤盘里
  • 14.在表面刷一层全蛋液
  • 15.放入预热好180度的烤箱中层,用上下火烤15-20分钟左右,烤至表面金黄色即可,这是烤好的奶酪司康
