提起夏季,不能不提可爱的西瓜同志。在炎热节令一家人晚餐后围坐一起吃西瓜解暑的情境总是我家最温馨的画面,大口啃西瓜是快乐的,剩下的瓜皮多数时间都当做垃圾扔掉了,其实西瓜皮的利用价值非常高,解暑清热、开胃生津不说,对易口舌生疮的我来说是好宝贝。
       在越来越多的家庭注重饮食健康,西瓜皮也越来越被人喜爱的端上桌搭配各类菜系,今天也来把吃剩的瓜皮做了利用,本来含糖量低的瓜皮用蜂蜜来酿,适合嗜甜又怕胖的我,甜蜜起来,健康起来:)

    • 1.准备材料:瓜皮、黄瓜丝、蜂蜜、盐;
    • 2.瓜皮洗净瓜瓤处理干净,黄瓜去皮;
    • 3.西瓜皮和黄瓜均切成细丝;
    • 4.加少许盐拌匀,等瓜丝出水后沥干水分保持鲜脆的口感;
    • 5.冲洗出水后的瓜丝,沥干水分后加少许蜂蜜添加风味;
