Steps to make 麻椒鸡

  • 1.所有食材,鸡大腿洗净备用,生姜切片,一根大葱切成段。
  • 2.鸡大腿冷水下锅,里面加葱段,花椒,生姜,料酒。
  • 3.水开小火煮8分钟,把上面浮沫撇去。
  • 4.关火焖15分钟。
  • 5.把小米辣和线椒切圈备用。
  • 6.新鲜花椒洗干净一起放大碗里。
  • 7.另一颗大葱切断放放盘里备用。
  • 8.把煮好的鸡大腿放在饮水机制冷好的水里冰5分钟。
  • 9.舀一碗鸡汤备用。
  • 10.鸡腿捞出空干水分。
  • 11.热锅倒油,油热后爆香花椒,里面加2小勺盐,少许芝麻油拌匀。
  • 12.把鸡大腿切成块放在切好的大葱上。
