越来越喜欢做面包、都说烘焙是个坑,非常甜蜜的就跳下去了,最近做菜做烘焙的激情很高,看着别人做的自己就想试试。而且还喜欢改配方。喜欢自己制作独特的一种,这次特意加了胚芽,非常有营养。

  • 低筋面粉25g
  • 1g
  • 小麦胚芽10g
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 橄榄油15g
  • 白糖35g
  • 酵母3g
  • 清水80g

Steps to make 欧式胚芽面包

  • 1.所有的材料混合之后揉成光滑的面团。
  • 2.整理好放碗里。
  • 3.盖上保鲜膜温暖处发酵至2倍大。
  • 4.然后排气分成8个剂子。整理成圆形。一个圆形是50g。盖上保鲜膜醒发15分钟。
  • 5.放烤箱二次发酵至一倍大。
  • 6.这是发酵好的样子。
  • 7.撒上面粉。
  • 8.用刀割一下。
  • 9.烤箱预热180°,上下火5分钟。放入改上火160°,下火140°。开启旋风模式。
  • 10.15分钟即可出炉。
  • 11.凉透即可食用。
