照烧鸡腿饭
简单家常版的照烧鸡腿饭,我几年前学会做曾分享到网上,便受到很多人的喜欢。几乎隔一段时间便会做一次,现在也改良了一些,无论颜色和味道都更胜一筹了。

这个属于很简单快捷的饭菜,我有时候做这个给孩子当早餐,只要前一天晚上睡觉前把肉腌上,米饭电饭锅预约好,第二天早起制作时非常的快手,半小时内就能搞定,孩子吃的饱饱的去上学。

Steps to make 照烧鸡腿饭

  • 1.鸡腿去骨,然后在鸡皮处用牙签扎几下,肉多的地方用刀背砸几下,这样可以更好的入味。
  • 2.将鸡腿加入姜片、1大勺生抽、1/2大勺老抽、1/2小勺白胡椒粉、1小勺白糖、2大勺料酒抓匀腌制2小时以上。
  • 3.这个时候先来调制一碗照烧汁,小碗中加入1大勺生抽、1/2大勺老抽、2大勺料酒、1小勺盐、1大勺蜂蜜、4大勺清水搅拌均匀待用。
  • 4.西兰花掰小朵、胡萝卜切薄片并切花刀,焯水后过凉水。
  • 5.炒锅或平底锅放少许油先将鸡皮处朝下煎一会,煎至鸡皮变色金黄。
  • 6.然后翻面再煎煎至金黄变色。
  • 7.待两面煎至金黄变色八分熟的样子加入事先的照烧汁大火烧开,转中火煮几分钟。
  • 8.然后大火烧至汤汁粘稠关火。
  • 9.将鸡腿肉捞出切小块。
  • 10.盛一碗米饭,加入西兰花、胡萝卜片,放入鸡腿肉浇入汤汁即可。
