葱油饼
葱油饼是比较常见的一种面食,口味香咸,主要用料为面粉和葱花,也有用到花椒盐的,只要面和的不是太硬,新手做起来也是容易做成的。

Steps to make 葱油饼

  • 1.准备食材:白面、香葱
  • 2.把面粉、水拌和均匀, 揉成面团,盖上松弛20分钟
  • 3.香葱切碎末备用
  • 4.醒好的面团擀成一张大薄片,能多薄就多薄
  • 5.倒上适量的油
  • 6.如图,来回的折一下,将油均匀沾遍整张饼
  • 7.撒精盐
  • 8.均匀地撒上香葱末
  • 9.卷起来
  • 10.再把卷好的面团如图象蛇一样盘起来,拧成圆面团
  • 11.再轻轻的压扁,再擀成约8-10毫米厚的饼
  • 12.饼铛刷油,通电预热
  • 13.将饼放入,盖上盖烙约2分钟
  • 14.翻面再烙上2分钟,两面金黄就可以了。
