百变吃法---茄汁鸡米花
话说小朋友最喜欢这一些东东了,这一些少吃对身体也没有影响。主要就是油炸觉得比较不健康。如果是在家自己做那就放心多了,用材用料都是顶级的。

  • 1.材料:鸡腿2把 番茄1个 鸡蛋1个(其实半个就够了) 玉米淀粉1勺半 面包糠半杯 调料:调和油2碗 亨氏番茄酱3汤勺 白糖适量
  • 2.把鸡腿剥开,骨肉分离剔除筋络。
  • 3.去皮以后切丁。
  • 4.打入鸡蛋液搅拌均匀。
  • 5.放入淀粉搅拌。
  • 6.在放入面包糠,一定要全部裹上面包糠这个步骤最繁琐的,在把油锅烧热放进去炸,这个步骤被小朋友不小心删除了。
  • 7.洗好西红柿切丁备用。
  • 8.另起锅倒入油烧热。
  • 9.放入番茄爆炒
  • 10..淀粉加入白糖
  • 11.调好水倒入番茄里
  • 12.倒入番茄酱调好味道。
  • 13.最后倒入炸好的鸡米花均匀的裹上番茄酱。
