  • 鸡精5g
  • 白糖10g
  • 水淀粉1勺
  • 红尖椒1个
  • 大蒜1头

Steps to make 白灼菜心

  • 1.新鲜菜心清洗干净后,去掉根部1厘米。
  • 2.大蒜一头,拍碎切成末。
  • 3.红尖椒切成丝。
  • 4.锅中烧水,加入食盐,食用油,水开后放入菜心焯水一分钟。
  • 5.将菜心捞出冲凉后摆在盘中。
  • 6.起锅烧油,放入大蒜末,小火煸香。
  • 7.放入蚝油炒匀。
  • 8.放入一勺清水。
  • 9.随后加入一勺蒸鱼豉油,生抽酱油,鸡精,食盐,白糖调味。
  • 10.加入水淀粉搅匀,使酱汁粘稠即可。
  • 11.将酱汁均匀浇在菜心上。
  • 12.把红椒丝撒在菜心上即可。
