Q弹水晶粽
虽然是粽子,而不是QQ糖,可是吃起来口感就像QQ糖,晶莹剔透的水晶粽子,Q弹香糯,让人欲罢不能。本着试试做几个玩玩的心态,没想到口感出奇的好吃,我家儿子还告诉我说,妈妈包的就是QQ糖粽子~嘻嘻*
(本人上次做包子剩下约100克左右的豆沙和两小块紫薯,本着不浪费的精神,全部各自包在粽子里做馅料,故图片中的粽子有豆沙、紫薯和提子三种口味,本人较喜欢提子馅料的更好吃,清甜中带有些许酸味,甚是开胃)
哈哈~包这个粽子到结束,时间已经到凌晨三点钟了,为了能编成菜谱,熬夜也要坚持着拍照,真够拼的了**

  • 提子干1小碗

Steps to make Q弹水晶粽

  • 1.主材料西米。
  • 2.将西米过凉水两次滤干水分。不要使劲洗米哦,以免西米融化散掉。(给西米过水是起到加湿米软的作用)
  • 3.准备好一小碗的提子干或豆沙之类的作馅料。
  • 4.适量洗净的粽叶。
  • 5.将滤干水分的西米加入3匙白糖和2勺油拌均匀。(加油是给西米提亮,不喜欢可省略)
  • 6.取片粽叶折成漏斗形。
  • 7.先打入三分之一的西米。
  • 8.加入适量的提子干。
  • 9.再加入一层西米铺平压实。
  • 10.左右两边往里折。
  • 11.再用手压住将多余的粽叶往下盖捏紧。
  • 12.最后用绳子扳紧固定完成。
  • 13.包好的样子~接下来上锅蒸。
  • 14.上锅入适量水烧开,放入包好的粽子盖紧,用大火隔水蒸30至40分钟左右至熟透。
  • 15.哈哈~即兴又包了两个新花样。
  • 16.蒸熟的成品,晶莹剔透、Q弹糯香~很好吃哦。
