本打算腌制玫瑰花酱的,可玫瑰花散发的那种香甜的气味,让我实在馋得不行,就临时改主意做成了鲜花玫瑰汤圆。

    Steps to make 鲜花玫瑰汤圆

    • 1.一定要购买可以食用的新鲜玫瑰花,剥成花瓣,用淡盐水浸泡,再用流水冲洗干净。
    • 2.剥去硬壳的生干核桃。
    • 3.低筋面粉。
    • 4.白砂糖和黄油(白砂糖可替换成绵白糖或其他)。
    • 5.汤圆粉
    • 6.生干核桃烤熟后切碎。
    • 7.低筋面粉用无油的热锅炒熟。
    • 8.新鲜玫瑰花瓣切碎,不要切得太碎,以免包馅时出水,顺便也保留点玫瑰花瓣的嚼感。
    • 9.先把炒熟的低筋面粉、黄油、熟碎核桃搅拌均匀,再加入玫瑰花瓣一起混合均匀。
    • 10.汤圆粉加水调制,取50克左右的糯米团放开水锅内煮熟,捞出与其余的面团搓揉均匀。
    • 11.面团和玫瑰花馅料分别搓成小面团,再包成汤圆。
