夏日小清新---法式樱桃布丁
初夏是一个特别美好的季节,这个季节,水果丰富好吃,就连色彩都是相当艳丽。最近是樱桃上市的时候,虽然我们可以制作樱桃罐头把樱桃保存很长时间,但新鲜的樱桃总是最诱人的。颜色深的比较甜,颜色浅点的就会有些酸,直接吃口感不佳,正好用来做甜品,那抹妖艳欲滴的颜色实在让人心动。
酸酸的樱桃配上蛋奶布丁,很有法国风味的一道甜点,做法也比较简单。

  • 纯牛奶500毫升

  • 樱桃300克

Steps to make 夏日小清新---法式樱桃布丁

  • 1.将香草籽连同豆荚用刀削成碎末与砂糖调入牛奶锅中,用小火加热至微沸后离火,盖上盖子,焖5-8分钟。
  • 2.烤盘涂抹黄油待用。
  • 3.樱桃洗净,去核。
  • 4.将樱桃肉码入烤盘中待用。
  • 5.牛奶倒入蛋液中搅拌均匀。
  • 6.筛入低粉搅拌均匀,用筛网过滤杂质,使其口感更细滑。
  • 7.布丁液倒入烤盘中,约八分满。
  • 8.烤箱预热200度,中层,烘烤约30分钟,呈略微的焦黄色后加盖锡纸。
  • 9.出炉冷却约5分钟即可享用。
