    • 1.锅中加足量清水,放入猪骨,调少许料酒、姜块,大火煮沸后捞出。
    • 2.另起锅,将猪骨、姜片放入,大火煮沸撇去浮沫。
    • 3.改至小火保持汤面微开,慢煮1小时。
    • 4.取骨汤备用。
    • 5.骨汤倒入铜锅中,加枸杞、桂圆,加热的木炭放入锅体中加热。
    • 6.生菜、茼蒿、菠菜、白菜、香葱、香菜择洗干净,沥水。
    • 7.芝麻酱倒入容器,调入适量盐、生抽,顺同一方向搅拌至粘稠;分次加入少许凉开水调稀,搅拌至呈丝带状即可。
    • 8.芝麻小料中依个人口味加入辣椒油、韭菜花、酱豆腐、葱末、香菜末调匀。
    • 9.汤底烧沸即可涮食。
