Steps to make 虾仁五彩大拉皮

  • 1.准备好原材料;
  • 2.将大拉皮泡在开水中五--八分钟, 再在凉开水中浸泡一下后捞出;
  • 3.鸡蛋打入碗中, 加入点盐调味, 搅拌均匀;
  • 4.锅底刷层油,倒入鸡蛋液煎至定型;
  • 5.将蛋皮、紫甘蓝、莴苣、黄瓜和红萝卜都切成细丝;
  • 6.将北极虾自然解冻后去除虾皮后备用;
  • 7.将大拉皮加入盐、胡椒粉和大蒜末等调味料,再加入适量生抽、醋、橄榄油和红椒油搅拌均匀;
