Steps to make 奶油抹茶曲奇

  • 1.将黄油室温下充分软化,加入细砂糖、盐,用打蛋器搅打至发白;
  • 2.分三次加入淡奶油,每次都要将淡奶油与黄油充分搅打均匀后再加入下一次;
  • 3.搅打均匀,淡奶油与黄油完全混合;
  • 4.筛入低筋粉、抹茶粉;
  • 5.将低粉、抹茶粉与黄油糊翻拌均匀,无干粉成曲奇面粉糊;
  • 6.取裱花带,装入花嘴(用的10齿),再装入曲奇面粉糊,挤入烤盘;
  • 7.烤箱预热,180度,15~20分钟
