Steps to make 水果泡芙圈

  • 1.将准备的室温软化黄油,与牛奶,盐,白糖倒入小奶锅内。
  • 2.将小奶锅放到炉灶上火加热至沸腾。
  • 3.待水烧开冒泡泡转小火,倒入低筋面粉,迅速搅拌成团。
  • 4.搅拌均匀成团。
  • 5.待面糊冷却到不烫手的时候,分次少量加入鸡蛋液,每次待吸收完后再加入下一次。挑起面糊,呈倒三角状态。
  • 6.将面糊装入带菊花嘴的裱花袋中备用。挤入甜甜圈模具中,如曲奇饼坯状。
  • 7.烤箱上下火210度预热后,将模具放置中层,烤10~15分钟待泡芙膨胀定型后转为上下火180度继续烤20~30分钟至表面黄褐色。
  • 8.出炉后脱模,转移到冷却架上冷却。
  • 9.加入淡奶油和白糖倒入盆里直接打发好了之后,装入裱花袋中备用。
  • 10.用小刀在泡芙外圈划上一刀口,填入打发好的奶油,放入水果粒。在泡芙圈表面淋上适量的巧克力酱。颜值会加分!
