2小时中种----蛋奶葡萄干火腿肠吐司
收到面包机有一段时间了,工作太忙,而且天气越来越热了,懒得在烤东西,还好现在有面包机这一神器,而且现在的面包机功能强大,基本不用怎么后续操作就可以吃现成的,真适合我这个工作忙,还懒的动的人,所以今天做了一个2小时中种,天气热了,2小时很适合现在做,发酵时间变短了,而且东菱这款面包机还带自动投料功能,更是方便省事了。
这个方子很粘手,很试合用面包机做,于是出来的的吐司味道好,而且相当松软。有面包机的童鞋们快点动起来了。

  • 高粉300g
  • 酵母3g(天冷可以适当加1至2克)
  • 奶粉20g
  • 蛋液100g
  • 牛奶150g
  • 50g
  • 3g
  • 黄油45g

Steps to make 2小时中种----蛋奶葡萄干火腿肠吐司

  • 1.酵母用温牛奶提前化开,把所有的中种面团的原料混合揉成团
  • 2.室温发酵到4倍大
  • 3.把中种发酵好的面团和主面团的原料混合,除黄油外,开揉面10分钟后,加黄油
  • 4.在果料盒里加入所用的材料,选择甜面包功能,900克,中色
  • 5.坐等美味出炉,待程序全部结束后,立刻脱模,晾凉
