油泼面(简单易上手)
这是北方最简单实惠的面食,随着“刺啦”一声窜出的辣子蒜香,就知道一道美食就成了*(还有多种口味噢)~

  • 面粉200g(两人份)
  • 青菜4-5颗
  • 2g
  • 辣椒面1-2勺
  • 香醋1-2勺
  • 薄盐酱油1-2勺

Steps to make 油泼面(简单易上手)

  • 1.面粉加盐(大体100g面粉:1g盐),用温水(手摸着微热就行)和成稍软点的面团,盖上保鲜膜饧至30分钟左右。
  • 2.揉成光滑的面团。
  • 3.分成小剂子(没有固定模式,方便后续操作就好),刷上一层油,盖上保鲜膜再饧20分钟左右。
  • 4.取一条面剂子在案板上,手掌均匀压向两边就成一条一条扯面(也有人叫裤带面)。
