花蛤蒸蛋

Steps to make 花蛤蒸蛋

  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.先准备200克的温水,调入盐融化备用。(水和蛋液的比例2比1)
  • 3.把鸡蛋磕入碗中搅散。
  • 4.加入事先准备好的温水,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.锅里加入适量水,下入姜片、香葱,烧开后下入清洗干净的花蛤,煮至开口,关火。
  • 6.把花蛤铺在盘子底部。
  • 7.用个漏勺把蛋液过滤到盘子里。
  • 8.盖上保鲜膜,用牙签扎几个洞,放在蒸架上。
  • 9.盖上盖子大火烧开转小火蒸约十分钟,蒸时锅盖留点缝隙。出锅后淋上少许生抽和香油,撒上葱花即可。
