紫薯葡萄包
一款很好吃的儿童主食,每一粒‘葡萄’里都有一颗葡萄干,小朋友很喜欢这种口感,只是制作上稍微有点麻烦。

  • 紫薯300克
  • 酵母5克
  • 葡萄干50克
  • 40克

Steps to make 紫薯葡萄包

  • 1.紫薯清洗干净,刨去外皮,放入蒸笼蒸熟。
  • 2.放入搅拌机打成薯泥,马力小的搅拌机要少加一点水,马力大的可以直接搅拌。
  • 3.打成细腻的紫薯泥。
  • 4.紫薯泥和面粉、糖、酵母一起和成面团。
  • 5.在25℃左右的室温环境发酵45分钟,不一定要膨胀2倍,先做基本发酵,让酵母菌活跃起来,定型后再次发酵会迅速的完成发酵。
  • 6.基本发酵好后排气揉匀,搓条分成小剂子。
  • 7.包入清洗干净的葡萄干。
  • 8.搓成一粒粒的小葡萄。
  • 9.去一块面团擀成薄片,裁出菱形块,用来堆放葡萄粒,这样蒸好后也不会散开。
  • 10.把葡萄沾点水一粒粒的摆出葡萄形,再次发酵15-20分钟。
  • 11.入蒸笼蒸10分钟拿出。
