猫爪布丁冻奶酪蛋糕
自己生日的时候做的简单小蛋糕第一弹~~~配料是六寸蛋糕的量

  • 吉丁片2片
  • 奶油奶酪150G
  • 细砂糖40G+30G
  • 柠檬汁半个

Steps to make 猫爪布丁冻奶酪蛋糕

  • 1.奥利奥饼干打成粉末,加入融化的黄油,搅拌均匀
  • 2.放入模具中按压紧实,冷冻半小时
  • 3.黄桃切碎
  • 4.奶油奶酪室温软化,用打蛋器打至顺滑
  • 5.一片吉丁片加30G凉水,隔热融化
  • 6.淡奶油加40G白糖,用打蛋器打发,加入奶油奶酪再打顺滑,最后加入黄桃搅拌均匀。倒入模具中,冷藏4小时以上。
  • 7.一片吉丁片加200ML凉水和30G糖,隔热融化,放凉后加入柠檬汁搅拌均匀
  • 8.按照布丁粉的比例加入适量白糖和牛奶,融化搅匀后倒入模具中放凉冷藏成行
  • 9.慕斯凝固好后,放入同样冷藏成型的布丁。
  • 10.倒入柠檬吉丁液
  • 11.放入冰箱冷藏一晚即可。
