“面食”鸽丝空心凉面
用鸽子的胸脯肉代替鸡脯肉来做凉面,成本有点高,但是味道更好的。
用手工空心面来做凉面,因为容易入味,味道比实心面更好的呢。

  • 鸽胸肉1块
  • 空心面50克
  • 养心菜小许
  • 胡萝卜小许
  • 凉白开或纯净水
  • 花生米几粒
  • 大蒜几瓣
  • 食盐0.5克
  • 鸡精0.5克
  • 白糖小许
  • 香醋3克
  • 生抽3克
  • 鸽子汤20克
  • 油辣子5克

Steps to make “面食”鸽丝空心凉面

  • 1.烤熟的花生米。
  • 2.放凉后去皮捣碎。
  • 3.大蒜处理干净切末。
  • 4.蒜末放花生碎里,放食盐。
  • 5.放鸡精。
  • 6.放白糖。
  • 7.放香醋。
  • 8.放生抽。
  • 9.放油辣子。
  • 10.拌匀。
  • 11.切胡萝卜丝,红椒切末。
  • 12.取鸽胸肉。
  • 13.养心菜洗净。
  • 14.锅烧水。
  • 15.水开下空心面。
  • 16.煮开锅即可。
  • 17.捞出过冷水,我用的纯净水,用凉白开也可以。
  • 18.装盘。
  • 19.放胡萝卜丝。
  • 20.放养心菜。
  • 21.放鸽胸肉和红椒碎。
  • 22.放上料汁稍微拌一下肉丝。
  • 23.成品。
