巧克力椰蓉月饼

  • 巧克力酱88克(自制的)
  • 低筋面粉100克
  • 玉米油30克
  • 可可粉3克
  • 黄油25克
  • 白糖25克
  • 淡奶油20克
  • 牛奶15克
  • 椰蓉60克
  • 奶粉10克

Steps to make 巧克力椰蓉月饼

  • 1.1.黄油25克、白糖25克、奶粉10克、淡奶油20克、牛奶15克拌匀,
  • 2.加入椰蓉60克拌匀后冷藏30分钟以上,让椰蓉吸足水分;
  • 3.椰蓉馅分成21克左右,冷藏备用
  • 4.把玉米油加入巧克力酱中搅匀
  • 5.可可粉和低筋面粉混合均匀,过筛备用
  • 6.将粉类筛入巧克力酱和玉米油混合物中,搅拌均匀;
  • 7.揉成团,分成七份,每个31克左右
  • 8.揉好即包,要么会有龟裂,
  • 9.取其中一份,放在手心按扁包入椰蓉馅,
  • 10.收口向下,放入烤盘里
  • 11.压入月饼模具中,不用手粉,180度预热烤箱,中层10-15分钟。
  • 12.2饼面不需要刷蛋液,冷却后密封回油即可。
