夏日小清新-----茼蒿豆腐

  • 1.豆腐切小块。
  • 2.用勺子压碎。
  • 3.鸡蛋磕入碗中搅拌成鸡蛋液。
  • 4.鸡蛋液倒入豆腐。
  • 5.鸡蛋与豆腐混合均匀后待用。
  • 6.茼蒿洗净,用茎部。叶子可做汤清炒总之不要扔了。
  • 7.茼蒿切碎。
  • 8.葱姜切末。
  • 9.热锅放油烧热,放入姜末煸炒片刻。
  • 10.放茼蒿翻炒片刻至变深绿色。
  • 11.放入豆腐泥
  • 12.翻拌均匀。
  • 13.倒入高汤基本没过主料。
  • 14.撒入香葱末,拌匀。烧开后转小火。
  • 15.小伙约七八分钟加入盐。
  • 16.放入胡椒粉
  • 17.汤汁收至一半停火,淋香油出锅。
  • 18.装盘后淋香油。
