    • 1.排骨放入清水里浸泡两小时,中途换几次水,把血水浸泡干净。
    • 2.沥干水分。
    • 3.南瓜去皮。
    • 4.改刀大块放入碗里。
    • 5.排骨加入蒸肉米粉(我用的五香味)。
    • 6.搅拌均匀,腌制半小时。
    • 7.均匀摆放入碗里。
    • 8.放上蒸锅。
    • 9.上汽后蒸大约一个小时。
    • 10.出锅撒少许葱花。
    • 11.软糯香甜的粉蒸排骨就做好了。
