紫薯花朵小面包
一朵朵紫色小花在盛开。真美!紫薯花朵小面包内紫薯馅,松软香甜,口感更佳。

Steps to make 紫薯花朵小面包

  • 1.将白面团中的所有材料放入盆内揉成面。
  • 2.揉好的面团,盖上保鲜膜放在室温中发酵三个小时扩大两倍。
  • 3.将紫薯去皮切成块蒸熟。
  • 4.发酵好的面团。
  • 5.将面团分切6个约50克的小面团,整圆并用保鲜膜盖住静置10分钟,剩余一点小面团留着做花心用。
  • 6.将熟紫薯压成泥状,加入白糖并搅拌均匀。将紫薯馅料分成每个约30克,搓成圆球。
  • 7.取一小面团擀成圆皮,包入紫薯馅。
  • 8.捏紧收口,收口向下放置。
  • 9.依次做好6个,放入抹过油的模具。送入烤箱二次发酵120度30分钟。
  • 10.将紫薯面团取出。
  • 11.擀开成薄片。
  • 12.用花型饼干模具压出花型小面片。
  • 13.用圆形小空心管在花型面片中间压出圆孔,用小刀在花瓣之间切开口子分离,但不要切断,然后在花瓣中间切一下,也不要切断。
  • 14.将剩余的面团擀开成薄片,切出细长条,搓圆切成小粒。
  • 15.将小粒面团搓成圆球状,3个一组放入花型面片中间做花心。依次做好的6片,用保鲜膜遮盖静置发酵。
  • 16.白面包发酵至约2倍时取出,表面撒一些干粉。
  • 17.将紫薯花型面片盖在上面,为了便于粘住,接合处可以抹些水。
  • 18.放入预热好的烤箱,上下170度烤18分钟,为保持色彩,定型后即盖上锡纸。
  • 19.烤好出炉即脱模放晾架上晾凉透了。完成!
