Steps to make 香辣炒花甲

  • 1. 买回来的花甲泡在清水中, 加入几滴油,让花甲吐沙;
  • 2. 将花甲放入保鲜盒红,加入少许水, 加盖后摇动, 这样能让花甲进一步吐沙; 重复几次;
  • 3. 锅中放入适量水 , 加入花甲进去煮;
  • 4. 煮到花甲张口,捞出来后沥干水分;
  • 5.烧热锅, 放入适量的油, 下入姜蒜末进去爆香;
  • 6. 爆香后再加入青红椒末进去翻炒;
  • 7. 翻炒几下后加入花甲进去翻炒;
  • 8. 加入适量料酒、生抽和少许蚝油进去翻炒, 再加入盐进去翻炒调味;
  • 9. 最后加入小葱末翻炒;
  • 10.盛入盘中。
