Steps to make 广式五仁月饼

  • 1.五仁准备好!都烤熟。糯米粉也炒熟。
  • 2.用擀面杖压碎。
  • 3.葡萄干剪小,所有主料混合。
  • 4.凉开水最后加。
  • 5.戴上pvc手套,分成32克左右一个的五仁馅球。
  • 6.辅料中玉米油和糖浆和枧水用蛋抽搅匀,放上月饼粉,用刮刀和好,放入冰箱冷藏3小时,再揉成18g左右的圆球,即月饼皮。
  • 7.饼皮压扁,包入五仁馅,用月饼模具压花成型。
  • 8.放入预热的烤箱,180度烤7分钟左右,拿出刷全蛋液。
  • 9.再180度烤十五分钟,中途盖锡纸。
  • 10.冷却两个小时左右。
  • 11.包装封口。
