    Steps to make 无骨“鸭”——五香素鸭

    • 1.豆腐衣 一包豆腐衣大约是25g 能包一个素鸭
    • 2.把豆腐衣折起来
    • 3.用棉线 把豆腐衣 紧紧的绑起来
    • 4.锅里适量油 绑好的豆腐衣 两面煎呈金黄色
    • 5.加适量的水 基本与豆腐皮平齐水量
    • 6.加酱油 上色
    • 7.放白糖 增香 提味儿 喜欢甜口的可以多放些
    • 8.加各种香料 八角 桂皮 小茴香 香叶。。。。。等
    • 9.大火把水烧开 小火煮30分钟左右
    • 10.熄火 豆腐皮仍泡在汤中 一直到冷却 中途轻轻翻个个
    • 11.冷却后 剪开绑绳 切块
