Steps to make 冬瓜丸子汤

  • 1.羊肉加橄榄油、盐、生抽、胡椒粉、芝麻油、葱姜末后顺一个方向搅拌上劲。
  • 2.冬瓜去皮去瓤洗干净。
  • 3.切成滚刀块。
  • 4.起油锅,葱姜入锅煸香后冬瓜入锅炒
  • 5.将冬瓜倒入煮锅,加适量水。
  • 6.开锅后将搅好的羊肉做成丸子入锅煮。
  • 7.再开锅,将粉丝洗干净入锅同煮。
  • 8.煮至食材熟,加盐、胡椒粉,搅拌均匀即可出锅享用。
