    Steps to make 够酸爽,才有味——蔬菜凉面

    • 1.原料图。
    • 2.绿豆芽洗净用开水淖至断生,捞出备用。
    • 3.水煮沸后下入面条煮熟。
    • 4.捞出,拌入芝麻香油,防粘连,也可以过凉水备用。
    • 5.线椒切条。
    • 6.西红柿切条状。
    • 7.切好的蔬菜中加入食盐,因为是要拌入面条中,所以量稍大一些。
    • 8.加适量生抽。
    • 9.加少许香醋。
    • 10.加适量油泼辣子。
    • 11.搅拌均匀,腌一小会,会腌出较多汁水来。
    • 12.煮好的面条装碗,再把腌好的蔬菜和汁水一起加进来,搅拌均匀即可开动!
