Steps to make 苹果莲子炖银耳

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.银耳提前泡发。
  • 3.莲子冲洗干净;银耳洗净、撕碎;苹果去皮,切小粒备用。
  • 4.苹果、莲子、银耳放入炖盅内胆。
  • 5.内胆加入适量冷水。
  • 6.炖盅内胆盖上盖,将冷水注入炖盅。
  • 7.炖盅加上外盖。
  • 8.接通电源,调好所需时间。
  • 9.汤品炖煮至时间快结束时,加入冰糖、枸杞子。
  • 10.炖好的银耳羹盛出温热食用。
