东南亚咖喱海鲜汤

东南亚风味的汤,平时我们接触得比较多的是泰式冬阴功汤,带着淡淡的酸辣味,今天这个汤看上去颜色跟冬阴功有些像,味道确是不同的。

Steps to make 东南亚咖喱海鲜汤

  • 1.把需要材料都准备好,用料里面的食物用量只是小美给大家参考的,亲们自己看着办!蛤蜊小美事先怕有沙在水中煮开口的,亲们自便。
  • 2.干净锅,放入油咖喱(可适当多点)。
  • 3.加入水烧沸腾,放入虾和金针菇(若蛤蜊事先未煮开口,在此处同虾一起放入锅中)。
  • 4.随后放入淡奶油和椰奶,继续烧沸腾并且搅拌均匀。
  • 5.最后放入蛤蜊、青红椒丁、根据咸度加适量的盐,关火即可。
