Steps to make 新手初试之芒果布丁

  • 1.芒果约300克,安佳纯牛奶250ml。
  • 2.吉利丁片两片约5克。放入冰水中约十分钟泡软。
  • 3.芒果去皮去核切丁放入料理机中,倒入适量牛奶搅拌约1分钟。
  • 4.这是料理机打碎的芒果奶糊。
  • 5.剩余的牛奶加热,放入冰糖约20克,煮沸,小火搅拌至冰糖融化。加入泡好的吉利丁片搅拌均匀。吉利丁片遇热很快就融化掉了哦。
  • 6.将混合吉利丁片的牛奶倒入芒果奶糊中搅拌均匀。
  • 7.倒入提前洗好晾干的布丁瓶中,放冰箱冷藏室约3小时后即可食用。
  • 8.这是做好的布丁。
